London 2008 election project
The London government engaged Indra to perform the technological development of its 1 May 2008 elections. This was one of the biggest and most difficult elections in the UK.
Participants had to propose a comprehensive Logistics Plan for the project, detailing the main elements. They also had to devise a Contingency Plan backing the proposed Logistics Plan. Besides they had to define a Contingency Logistical Plan to support the plan proposed.
CESIPAL project
Indra signed an agreement with the Spanish Air Force assigning the rights to operate the Parachuting Simulation Centre of the Alcantarilla Air Base.
The teams had to analyse the situation of the Centre and suggest management improvements to maximise profits. They also had to do a study of competition and propose improvements in competitiveness.
Real Madrid Website
Indra has a current contract for maintenance and development of the Real Madrid website. Because of this commitment, the company had to present an innovation and betterment project to improve the portal further.
Contestants had to develop a proposal that includes new features for web and also, original and creative business ideas. Emphasizing on renewed graphics, new ways of communication (social networks, participatory channels) visitor loyalty, new business models, etc.
Custom Care Center of Community of Madrid
The Community of Madrid commissioned Indra the challenge of developing a Center for Personal Care for the Health System. This Center should be able to facilitate transactions between users and health services, offering a personalized management both in the services citation as well as in the professionals choice.
Participants had to make the definition and design, in a creative way, of what would be the Custom Care Center of the Community of Madrid, bearing in mind the commitment to the citizen, the efficiency of resource use, user satisfaction and need to evolve the solution.
