Our business solutions
Organizations consider the outsourcing of business areas that are not core in order to free up resources who can then focus on higher value-added tasks. Increasingly, managers and directors face more dynamic and changing business models that demand advanced technological solutions and at a higher service quality expectation from customers, with the effect of substantially increasing the complexity of IT Management. For this reason, companies delegate more and more these tasks to professional companies such as Indra whose main business is precisely in the IT arena.
The outsourcing of IT functions contributes to operating cost control with savings of up to 20%, without reducing technological advances and quality of service, as well as turning fixed costs into variables.
Indra's Outsourcing Global Service Map takes such a strategic approach.
